  • I don't see anyone talking about how bias effects this case. My point being that dispite facts, most people are irrational about how they see threat. I mean that the reality is that this guy had been convisted of this kind of crime before.

  • Every time I hear a Republican say they are waiting for Obama to fail so they can counter attack, this topic comes to mind. How are they going to counter attack when 75% of all voters of color will never vote for them. It only takes less than half the white vote combined with the rest to win.

  • It is interesting that several posters here think there should be a test for the right to vote. I doubt the posters would also require a test for gun ownership. This shows how little they care about the Constitution.

  • It is amazing how angry many of the posts are here against the immigrant. It is ironic that they are much more angry at the immigrant than who ever made a profit off of his labor for 13 years. Another example of irrational conservatives.
